K-Design Studio Named Finalist for Fit Out Project of the Year – Conservation

K-Design Studio has been announced as a finalist for the prestigious Fit Out Project of the Year - Conservation at the 2024 Fit Out Awards. The nomination recognises their exceptional work on The Mayfair Library, a key component of the Abbey Quarter Development in Kilkenny City.

The Mayfair Library project involved the careful conservation and transformation of a historic building into a modern public library, blending contemporary design with the preservation of the site’s rich heritage. This project is part of the broader Abbey Quarter Development, which aims to revitalise the heart of Kilkenny City.

The Fit Out Awards celebrate excellence in the fit-out industry, highlighting outstanding projects and the teams behind them. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony later this year
